Aditi Rao Hydari is an Indian actress who was formerly from New Delhi. She is a Scorpio, and her birthday is Oct 28. She is a commerce graduate from Lady Shriram College and did her schooling at Rishi Valley School, near Bangalore. Her father from North, while her mother is South Indian. She comes from an illustrious family. She is the great grand daughter of Sir Akbar Hydari and the grand niece of Sir Muhammad Saleh Akbar Hydari, former Governor of Assam. Raja J Rameshwar Rao was her maternal grand father. Her mother runs Orient Longman, a popular publication house.
She is a student of Leela Samson, an acclaimed dancer and now the principal of Kalakshetra. Aditi started learning Bharatanatyam when she was 6. Brought up in Delhi, she took to Bharatanatyam instead of Kathak, a more popular dance form at the insistence of her south Indian mother. Her husband Satyadeep Mishra is a lawyer turned aspiring actor.
Aditi has appeared in the National Award winning Tamil movie Sringaram(2006), Malayam movie Prajapathi (2006) both in leading roles and the Hindi movie Delhi 6 (2009) in a supporting role. She also acted in the movie Yeh saali Zindagi (2011) opposite Arunodoy Singh.
