Sanghavi is an Indian film actress and model. She has appeared in over 95 Tamil, Kannada and Telugu-language films. Her father was a doctor ( professor, H.O.D in E.N.T in Mysore Medical College Sanghavi’s earlier name is “Kavya Ramesh”. She did her schooling in Marimallappa School in Mysore. She is Kannada film actress Aarathi’s niece. This gorgeous girl born in Mysore, Karnataka, she was brought up their only.

She has acted in Hindi movies like Taj Mahal (1995) and Sher-E-Hindustan (1997) opposite Mithun Chakraborty.
In 1997 Sanghavi appeared in a Telugu movie Sinduram and this movie fetched her the Andhra Government Nandhi award for Best Actress. Some of her movies are: Oho Naa Pellanta (1996), Porkkalam (1997), Mrugaraaju (2001), Orey Thammudu (2001) and Sandade Sandadi (2002).
