Sneha is sometimes called as Smiling beauty. Sneha started her carrier in Tamil film Ennavale in the year of 2001 opposite to Madhavan. But the film didn't do well in box office. Sneha's first hit came from Tamil film Anandham which was released in the year of 2001. "Pallanguzhiyin Vattam parthen" song became huge hit among the audiences and this song was the biggest turning point in Sneha's Carrier.

In the year of 2002, Sneha acted 8 films totally. Telugu film Hanuman Junction became the blockbuster in 2002. Sneha also tasted success in Tamil films Unnai Ninaithu amd April Maathathil.

In the year of 2003, Sneha acted only 2 films. Fist one is Vassegara opposite to Vijay and another one is Parthiban Kanavu. Sneha's acting skill was appreciated in Parthiban Kanavu.
